    Nice unit lol @ the heat sinks this thing must pump the watts, id use this for you know what ive said it in other videos, how hot exactly were those heat sinks?

    Wow that is big, it must weigh at least 30lbs. Nice repair sound really good too, even if you did use a CD.

    I have a 1958 Magnavox Hifi console on the way. The amp and audio control module has been recapped. Now I’m working on the Collaro record changer.

  10. Hi I have a Pioneer sx-d7000 I think it’s early 80′s as I didn’t get it new but it has an output of 350 watts and can handle 3 pairs of speakers. You can see it on some of my U tube videos.

  11. That’s a really impressive and big receiver! I like the way it looks!
    But I would say, the circuit board you called preamp is a pard of the main amplifier. The preamp usually is where the input jacks are sitting (in the back of the unit), also usually the transistors of the preamp don’t need heat sinks.

  13. I just picked up a this reciever at a thriftstore for $4.50..i powered up then hummed i smacked it a couple of time and it started workin..sounds good..
