do all grounds go to the sleeve of the input and/or output jacks?
yes, all grounds are connected together, including the input and output jacks.

can i use normal adaptor with the pedal it’s got output 9 volt and 300mA 3.6VA(max)??? as i dont wanna buy any boss adaptors
